Our aim is to offer our customers high-end services for repair, refund and exchange of products purchased from our website. Based on a detailed analysis and investigation, Cardsforus may limit or decline the decision to return or exchange a product based on the personal evaluation of the situation.

All non-receipt returns will be refunded only at the end of a detailed identification process. In order to avoid long processes and complicated situations, we advice you to keep the purchase receipts – including online ones – at least one month after the purchase.

1. What should be done to return a product paid by the buyer?

The product should be sent via USPS, accompanied by a tracking number. At the same time, get in touch with our Support Office in order to set up additional procedures, if necessary.

2. How much time does it last to do the refunding?

It usually takes around 2-3 weeks. At the same time, we will properly credit your credit card provided with the amount of the refund. Your account will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. As a general rule, shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

3. Is there a time limit for requesting a return?

As a general rule, we accept returns within 30 days after the purchase was made. Here are a couple of special situations that should be considered in case of returns:

i. Electronic products must be returned within a period of 15 days with a receipt.
ii. Jewelry and watches with a value of minimum $75 or more must be returned only through a track-able shipping method.

4. When can a return be rejected?

In all situations, all product original packaging and certificates should accompany the returned items. The refunding of items lacking original documentation will be rejected. All products that have been re-sized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will also not be accepted for eventual refunding. Also, the gift cards, games and software are not returnable items.

It can be done any time before the order as such is processed.

6. How much time after purchase an item can be returned or exchanged?

7. Is it possible to have my shipping cost refunded?

This applies to the case when an error took place on our side, during the operation of the order. In such situations, we will issue a credit for your order to which might can apply additional shipping and gift-wrapping charges.

8. Should the items be returned in the original packaging?

The original packaging as provided by the manufacturer should be provided. In order to avoid difficult situations, we recommend to keep it at least 30 days after the purchase was delivered.

9. Why my order was cancelled?

Cardsforus reserves the right to cancel orders for specific reason. The common situations in which orders are cancelled can be when the requested product is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
